Meet Your Provider – Douglas Williams, MPAS, PA-C
Douglas Williams, MPAS, PA-C, is the lead provider at Hawaiian Islands Dermatology. With over 20 years of dermatology experience, he brings both expertise and compassion to every appointment.
Doug is a licensed Physician Assistant practicing under our Medical Director, Dr. Michael Pasquale. After struggling with severe acne in his own life, he was inspired to dedicate his career to dermatologic medicine and skin health education.
Originally from California, Doug has proudly called Hawaii home since 2013. Outside the clinic, you’ll find him surfing, sailing, or paddleboarding around Turtle Canyon and the Mokes — often joined by his team for sunset cruises that build the tight-knit family feel patients experience at our clinic.
Meet Your Provider – Nikki Womack-Young, NP-C
Nikki Womack-Young, NP-C is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of nursing experience with specialized training in medical and cosmetic dermatology.
Offering tailored treatments designed to rejuvenate, restore, and reveal your most radiant skin. From advanced laser therapies to precision care for rosacea and acne, every service is personalized to be more effective for your skin’s unique condition.
A true Southern lady from Georgia, Nikki brings not only clinical expertise but also a whole lot of heart to every patient interaction. She’s a proud wife to an active duty soldier, a busy boy mom to two boys, and a firm believer in kindness, compassion, and good skincare!

Jeanette Miraflor – Office and Practice Manager
I am a healthcare professional with over 20 years of experience in medical billing and coding, insurance reimbursement, and office management. I oversaw daily operations across multiple locations, managing multiple providers, staff, payroll, vendors, and compliance.
I have recently taken on the role of Office and Practice Manager at Hawaiian Islands Dermatology while continuing to handle our in-office billing. My work includes claim submission and reimbursement, coding and appeals, insurance verification and referrals, and clinic coordination.
Born and raised in Hawaii, I am a wife and a proud mom of two amazing boys.
I am blessed to be working with Hawaiian Islands Dermatology and I absolutely love what I do. It is very rewarding and fulfilling to assist our patients with their billing needs and questions. I am grateful to be a part of this wonderful team.

Hi there! My name is Keikilani Hussey, and I’ve been a Medical Assistant for the past 9 years and a Laser Technician for the last 2.
I’m also a proud mom and was born and raised on the beautiful Windward side of the island.
